This project aims to be a positive movement in spreading light and love and helping all folx discover what makes them More Than a Body. MTAB is a self-love project established to bring awareness and support to survivors of sexual abuse and assault, as well as anyone feeling insecure about their physical body. The project is organized to create an open and loving community where survivors and all p
eople who have ever been made to feel as only a body can start to feel and understand that they are so much more. Through open conversation, art, and music, we hope to help survivors heal by being mindful of and embracing "What makes me more than a body? What am I beyond my physical traits/form/expectations?"
MTAB is only 3 years old and in the process of building from the ground up. We hope you continue to grow with us, because there we will continue with our art series, seminars, and other events. If you have any interest in being a vocal or involved member of MTAB, please do not hesitate to send us a message! This project exists because of an endless amount of powerful and brave folx. Because of you, we exist; because of you, we are here. With that, please do not hesitate to DM or email us. We will do our best to reply within in 24 hours. Above all, move forward with love. xx

***VERY IMPORTANT BELOW - PLEASE READ***:
With sexual assault and child sexual abuse, as well as with other traumatic events, reading about another's experience or choosing to share your own story can be very triggering.
~ We have included resources below, including hotlines, as individual safety is our NUMBER ONE priority. ~
If this project enables you to be able to tell your story for the first time, please do so to a trusted adult, whether in person or on a hotline. If the first person you tell does not help you get help, go to the next adult. The RAINN and the National Su***de hotline numbers are available 24/7, and we encourage you to use them. They are staffed by trained individuals. As we move forward, we are also going to be adding to our resources. Established anti-sexual violence organizations, hotlines, and resources:
