We want to give a big shoutout to our mentors Gayatri and Bing for putting together and running our FTC robot showcase and Coopertition STEM lab at Columbus East High School during the Columbus District Event! And huge thanks to Bill for bringing the augmented reality topographic sandbox which was a big hit.

Last weekend, our two middle school FTC teams kicked off their season at Westfield Middle School in Westfield, IN! Congratulations to 11959 Kernel Panic for earning 2nd Place in the Think Award and 8578 Juden-Ki for taking home the Connect Award. We’re so proud of all their hard work. Let’s keep the momentum going this season!

This past week, our students have been busy with outreach at local events!
Last Saturday, members of GalacTech and our two middle school FTC teams showcased their FRC and FTC robots at Men’s Health & Wellness Fair. The night before, we joined for their annual IGNITE Girl Up! STEM event, where we led hands-on STEM activities in partnership with .
We had an amazing time at both events and even learned a few new things ourselves 😅. We believe that making a positive impact in the community starts with having a positive impact on yourself.
