The last two days we hosted our annual Hunter’s Education training with the help of Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks employees and instructors. Our members came together to supply breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the kids and parents. We would also like to thank our local game wardens that took time out of their busy schedules to help us continue this tradition as we help prepare the next generation of hunters. Thanks to all that attended!

No .22 shoot this Saturday, May 2nd due to Hunter’s Safety.

For those not taking Hunter’s Ed, Sportsman’s will be closed to shooting and public activities at the clubhouse Friday, May 1st at 3PM- Saturday, May 2nd at 5PM.

Next Sunday, April 19th, the 4H archery kids will be at Sportsman’s from approximately 1:30-3:30PM. No shooting will be allowed during this time. Thanks for supporting our 4H kids!

We are hosting our 2026 Hunter’s Education class May 1st and 2nd. Students must be 11 years of age and older and MUST attend both sessions. The class is capped at 30 students. The flyer is below. Thanks!
