This got me quite emotional this morning. Some of our Auntie Felicia Foundation-AFF kids have began schooling at the prestigious El Carlson Bilingual Nursery and Primary School. It is beautiful to see the work the AFF is doing to follow up these kids while they embark on this journey to make sure success is assured. I see myself in them in so many ways. But especially in the transformative power of education. The work continues.

There's no greater joy than that of seeing a mother smile. Our Back to School camapign continues. This is our flagship programme named after my mother "Julie Akwo Education Empowerment Fund for Children." She was very passionate about the education of her children and worked very hard for us. In everything I do, I see her blessing upon my endeavors and the many mothers who keep blessing our work with their prayers, love and support. I have promised myself to immortalize the memory of my mother and yes it is going to happen. God be my helper. Thanks to our amazing team for always getting this done with so much heart and devotion

Auntie Felicia Foundation-AFF continues its mission of enrolling and providing learning material to children as they start the new year. The bright smiles of the faces of mothers and these children makes this worthwhile. This week we were able to reach another 50+ children to ensure they go to school. This year's back to school programme operates under the "Julie Akwo Education Empowerment Fund for Children". Named after my mother who believed quite strongly in the transformative power of education.
