Two days. Countless conversations. New ideas. Shared stories. Honest questions. Inspiring teaching. Prayer. Worship. Laughter. And the beginning of innovative ministry that will nurture children through worship and prayer in ways that reflect God’s heart for neurodivergent kids and children with disabilities and their families.

As we wrapped up the Age to Age Cohort 3 Launch, we realized that while we accomplished so much together, the greatest gift wasn’t on the agenda.

It was one another.

God knit together a community of leaders from across the country who are already encouraging, challenging, and praying for each other. The bonds formed over these past two days are the kind that only the Holy Spirit can create.

This is just the beginning.

We can’t wait to see how God will use this remarkable cohort to move congregations from inclusion to belonging—and toward communities where every child is known, welcomed, and nurtured in faith.

Watch what this year will bring. We have a feeling God is just getting started. 💙♾️

✨ Welcome, to Cohort 3! ✨

Today we begin a new journey together through the Age to Age Initiative, exploring how churches can nurture children through worship and prayer while creating communities of belonging for neurodivergent children, children with disabilities, and their families.

We’re grateful for each leader joining us and excited for all God will do in the year ahead.

💜 Belonging is a spiritual practice.
