Over seventy community members showed up with one goal: to learn about a future in the skilled trades.

This Explain & Explore session was a powerful reminder that when people can see a clear pathway to a stable, rewarding career, they're hungry for the opportunity to take the first step. Our most recent cohort's 100% placement rate is a testament to the commitment, work ethic, and determination our participants bring to the program.

During the session, attendees got an in-depth look at our training program curriculum, explored career pathways, connected with industry professionals, heard from past participants, and began their journey toward enrollment.
