I had a lovely day with the United Women in Faith group at Pierce Chapel Methodist Church on Tuesday. The meeting took place in their "Youth Barn." I didn't take many pictures but I am so grateful for another opportunity to share about Scarlett's Closet.
Please keep me in mind if you need a speaker for your club, organization, women's group, or seniors group.
If I have shared with your group in the past, I'd love to come back and tell you all the wonderful things that are happening since I was last with your group.

It's car show day! Please come out and enjoy seeing some cool cars, eat some good food, and purchase some raffle tickets for some amazing prizes like Robt. Trent Jones golf passes, a portable fire pit, car accessories, a gift bag from Scarlett's Closet,a family pack to a Clingstones game and many other great items.
Today, we will also celebrate Raymond. This was his vision and we will all work hard to fulfill it today.

Join us tomorrow, June 6th, at 8am EST for our 40th anniversary car show celebrating the life of the one and only Raymond Fowler. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in honor of the man who built the legacy of Fowler’s Alignment and Brake SVC.

My heart is overflowing with thanksgiving today. I'm thankful that God allowed me to be Scarlett's Meems. I'm thankful He created a special purpose for me. I'm thankful for the love and support of family, friends, and other kind and generous people who allow me to do this ministry. I'm thankful for my ministry partners, Angie Addison Roberts and Rebecca Thornton Hudson and my precious husband Mark Fountain .I'm thankful for the two sweet young ladies in this picture who I am blessed to minister with at Piedmont. ( They gave me scarlet lillies today)
Most importantly, I'm thankful for Jesus who is truly worthy of it all! We are having the BEST year we've ever had and I can't wait to see all He has in store for this ministry.
Today in memory of Scarlett, we made our final payment to Piedmont Foundation for the closet we sponsored in memory of our girl!!

Fifteen years ago today, we learned the type of cancer Scarlett had. We also became one of the families that Scarlett's Closet serves every day.
Scarlett was admitted to Egleston so her oncologist could install a port and start chemo.
We were unprepared for a hospital admission and had nothing with us but the clothes on our backs.
God began working on my heart that day and I didn't even know it. I'm so grateful I was obedient to the calling He placed on my life.
Next week, we will begin our 6th Annual Scarlett's Butterfly Bag Bash fundraising campaign and we hope you will consider helping us make a difference in the lives of sick children and their families who are admitted to the hospital unexpectedly.
