Heart of the City Foundation www.heartofthecitycolumbus.org The Heart of the City Foundation was incorporated in 2007.

Our Foundation grew out of the External Donor Development Committee (EDDC) of the Broad Street United Methodist Church, which operated for several years with the same purpose and goals. In 2008, the Church Council elected the Board of Directors and approved the Code of Regulations. We are a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization operating under a group ruling letter of the Council on Finance and A

dministration of The United Methodist Church. The Heart of the City Foundation was formed to raise community support for the outreach activities operating at Broad Street United Methodist Church.
