We had an amazing weekend that felt truly in the spirit of the season. We began Saturday morning at Fort Mitchel National Cemetery to assist Wreaths Across America, after a quick lunch stop we were off to shop for Toys for Tots. We dropped off the toys and headed back to the lodge for a lock in. We spent the evening playing some board games, scrapbooking, making cookies for our fire station, and playing proficiency triva created and headed by our Worthy Advisor - Josie. It was a late night but early this morning we braved the cold and all headed to church together. It was a beautiful service. We returned to the lodge to have a lovely holiday meal with our families and advisors. We exchanged gifts and said our good byes! Many memories made this weekend!

What an amazing Grand Assembly! Tori's "Blooming in Sisterhood" session was so lovely, fun and a total success! Tori presided beautifully with grace and humility. We could not be more proud! Georgia Rainbow raised over $10,000 in donations for her "Bags of Blessings" and "Nuturing Nature" service projects! And the girls of Georgia Rainbow showed up for her, bringing high energy and enthusiasm all weekend. You could feel the bonds of sisterhood blooming! We are so grateful for the many that had a hand in making this session and term a success! You all are appreciated!

All our girls did an amazing job! Our Grand Officers- Tori as GWA, Juliaunah as Grand Chaplain, and Josie as Grand Fidelity made us proud! Our Special Grand Pages and Grand Choir girlies jumped in with both feet for their march and rocked it in Grand Choir!

Thursday night was so much fun with Tori and Julianuah busy buzzing bees superlatives, the assembly skits and butterfly wing competitions! Columbus/Dawn Hughes's skit was one to remember this year and brought home 2nd place! (1st went to Jonesboro with their amazing tear jerker). Lilly's gorgeous butterfly wings won 1st place in her age category and Josie won 4th (also made by Lilly). They both were beautifully hand crafted creations! There were so many beautiful banners but ours won out with it's flowers made by each of our girls, 1st place banner!

Kelbie, Arlanna, Josie and Julianuah were stunning in the Southern Belle competition, with Arlanna and Julianuah taking 4th place in each of their categories.

At the banquet, Juliaunah was recognized for her Dedication to Rainbow, Mom Fleck was named our Hometown Hero and we found out that Arlanna's lovely blooming Special Grand Page Basket won 1st place! Congratulations to Rebecca, who received a Majority Scholarship! All the hard work on our scrapbook paid off when it won 1st place and our bee bank placed 4th. We are also happy to announce that Columbus Assembly placed 2nd in Assembly of the Year! So very happy and proud of all our accomplishments! We have an assembly of creative, brillant and amazing girls!!!

A super special thanks to our moms, majority girls, dads, and big brothers that feed us, got us to where we needed to be, kept us safe, lugged our stuff, helped to set up and tear down, and generally were there showing their support! We could not have done it without you!

Now we look forward towards the new term "I Hear a Symphony". We are excited to support Sydnie in our new appointments:
