It's so hard being a caregiver. It's up to Congress to make it easier for families to balance work and family.

Coalitions work and put much needed pressure on both Republicans and Democrats to do the right thing for the American people.

We can fix this, but it will take a lot of us coming together and putting our differences aside to do right by the many who are caregivers for the young, elderly, and ill.

Yesterday was an amazing day! I was so honored that Work Family Balance was asked to be the nonprofit partner at 's Women's Business Network luncheon.

This opportunity came at just the right time. Work Family Balance is in desperate need of charitable donations so we can fund our work life balance program called Coworking & Care.
