***LAST CALL FOR ROUND 1!!!***

I just got off the phone with Sarah from the Porch Pantry - Central Ohio! Coordinated my first drop off for Saturday afternoon. Thanks to the wonderful Aumend, I have a nice budget to go around Saturday morning and getting perishables, and some VEGAN choices Aumend 🤣.

So my last push, for a few days anyways, I’m gonna reach out to my deal Guru, Megan to see where the deals are tomorrow. Maybe you have an extra $5/10/13/20 bucks you can part with comfortably??

I tell you, these folks are doing the work! I’m impressed with their operation and can’t wait to hear more about the help they can use…. Not just financially! Don’t you worry, I’ll be sure to tell you about it!

I said yesterday that I’ve done all I can financially right now, but after seeing countless videos of people across the country doing some variation of a Porch Pantry, and of course seeing updates from our local Porch Pantry - Central Ohio….. I made this up I’m going to pass around my neighborhood tonight!

This is last bit of financial assistance I can give for now. How could I be a good dog dad and not consider that our pets need to eat too!

Although this is it financially for me for now, I’m still here to help in anyway I can. Maybe just go through your pantry and pick out what you won’t use that’s within date. Pick up some clearance items that aren’t on your grocery list or order and shoot me a message! Maybe you can’t stand the thought of grocery shopping, if you know me…. You know I usually never mind a trip to the store 🤣- send me some money and if I you have something in mind, I’ll go! Or contribute to the Porch Pantry, it’s in a previous post, I’ll put their info in the comments. Or send me a donation and I will forward to them, screenshots if requested!

The first group I found, after extensive research is the Porch Pantry - Central Ohio. I think they are trying to do what I have, on a much larger scale! Good for them! But what I can do is help others…. Help others!

LIKE/SHARE/COMMENT this post!! Damn, I sound like one of those Tik Tok kids 🤣. Not here to monetize or gain 'views'! I have been contemplating for weeks what I could do to help! So here's a little story about how I spend my afternoon!

So here is how I want to start this people. I set out on an adventure today, having budgeted $100 and a $50 Sam's Club gift card. My car is pretty full! BUT This is only where I want to start, I am still working out facilities to donate this all too, stay tuned; first coming tonight! I got excited and spent more than I budgeted, but once I started.... it had a mind of it's own! Hubz texted me because I had ignored his previous texts, COME HOME! 😆

My car is pretty much full, even after blowing my budget, I spent around $160 bucks.... 60 over budget, this will not alter my personal budget, but hey... I got excited! (Also had a $50 gift card I decided to use here! $210 total!)

But I want to have to rent a U HAUL to start delivering this food to groups I have found that are solely invested in feeding the people! Again, stay tuned! You will see different operations, perhaps their venmos or cashapps.... and maybe mine! Buckle up, stay tuned and LET'S FEED SOME PEOPLE!

This would become the most extreme ban in the country if enacted - it still must go through the full Senate before it reaches that point. John Kasich vetoed it once, if it gets to his desk again, he must do the same.
