“George Washington Carver Agricultural Summit 2019 Change of Venue”

To Whom It May Concern:

Greetings.

Unfortunately, due to the unanticipated withdrawal of our original venue sponsor (i.e., at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens), we are relocating George Washington Carver Agricultural Summit 2019 to Columbus Public Library - Whitehall Branch, located at 4445 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213. The summit is from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (i.e., 2/9/19), and all planned itinerary items will be covered. Moreover, with the exception(s) of alternative refreshments and change of venue, the summit is scheduled to proceed as envisioned.

Additionally, the conservatory has expressed both its deep regret at these unexpected challenges, as well as continuing to convey its support for the summit, and its willingness to work with us in the future. Accordingly, I would like to take this opportunity--to personally thank senior event staff--for all of their due diligence and professionalism. Conservatory staff's authenticity and understanding, make the palpable disappointment over previously mentioned occurrences much easier to bear, and we absolutely look forward to partnering closely with them for George Washington Carver Agricultural Summit 2020 and beyond!
