End of an era at 1204 1st Ave. 🥹

Tomorrow, I’ll close the door for the very last time as I clean out the little that’s left. This little space has held so many memories, milestones, friendships, and chapters of River Oak, and saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet.

I’m so incredibly thankful for every person who has walked through these doors, supported this little dream, and made 1204 1st Ave so special.

One chapter is closing, but a new one is just beginning.
