COME AS YOU ARE!

Maybe it’s been years since you’ve been to church. Maybe you’ve never been. Or maybe life has taken some unexpected turns, and walking into a traditional church feels a little intimidating.

We want you to know there’s a place for you!

At The Prayer Corner, our heart is to meet people right where they are and help them take their next step toward Jesus. We have a relaxed, welcoming place to hear God’s Word, ask questions, build relationships, and grow in faith.

We’re not trying to start another church. In fact, our prayer is to help people grow in their faith and eventually connect with a church family in our community. No pressure. No timeline. No need to have it all figured out.

You don’t have to get your life together before coming to Jesus. Come as you are, and let Him do the transforming!

Beyond Respond is a Sunday morning Bible study created especially for first responders. Come grab a cup of coffee, open God’s Word with us, and spend some time with others who understand the life you live.

Working Sunday? Come anyway! Come in uniform, bring your radio, and if a call comes in during Bible study—go! 🚨 We understand. We want you to have a place for Sunday Bible study whether you’re on duty or off.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a place created for you. ❤️💙

💗 A New Chapter. A Fresh Start. 💗

One of the greatest privileges we have at The Prayer Corner is walking alongside people as they step into a new season of life.

Today, we’d love for you to meet Adriane.

Adriane is aging out of foster care and beginning life on her own. While this is an exciting milestone, it also comes with a unique challenge. Unlike many young adults who have family helping furnish an apartment or stock a kitchen, many youth aging out of foster care are starting with very little. As a community, we have the opportunity to remind Adriane that she is not alone.

We’ve created a Walmart Wish List with some of the everyday essentials she’ll need as she builds a place to call home. Whether you purchase any items or simply pray for her as she begins this new chapter, every act of kindness makes a difference.

Thank you for helping us surround Adriane with love and encouragement. Please drop all items by The Prayer Corner by August 15, 2026.

Prayer changes things! 🙏❤️

These may look like ordinary book bags, but they represent something so much bigger—they represent our next generation.

The Prayer Corner was incredibly honored to partner with Fifteenth Street Church to pray over every single backpack before it was placed in the hands of a student. What a beautiful reminder that we’re not just giving school supplies—we’re covering children in prayer, believing God will guide, protect, and strengthen them throughout this coming school year.

This is the heart of our ministry: when the Body of Christ links arms, serves together, and steps into the community as the hands and feet of Jesus, lives are changed. We believe prayer makes a difference, and we’re trusting God to do immeasurably more than we can see.

Thank you Paroled2Pride for serving the community well and to Fifteenth Street Church for the opportunity to serve along side of you and to Sharon Jones for all you do for this community! 🫶🏼

Today was such a special day at for our first ever “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made Over” event.

So many incredible people came together to love on women in a tangible way, and it was truly beautiful to watch. A huge thank you to Blades for opening their salon and hosting us with such kindness and generosity. Thank you to The Everlasting Loaf and Outdoor Nutrition for our refreshments! Thank you to Michaela with Polished by Michaela and Hildey from Allegro Medispa for volunteering your time and talents to pamper the ladies with nails. Thank you to Brittney Corbell and Emma Rose for blessing everyone with makeup services and encouragement along the way.

We also had amazing volunteers who simply showed up to love, encourage, help shop for clothes, and remind these women of their worth. Several generous donors sponsored new outfits and shoes so each woman could leave feeling confident, cared for, and celebrated.

Another huge blessing was the volunteers who lovingly cared for the children while the moms were at the salon and shopping. Because of you, these women were able to relax, breathe, and simply enjoy being cared for themselves for a little while. That gift meant more than words can express.

Today was about more than makeovers. It was about reminding women that they are valuable, worthy, seen, and deeply loved.

Today at The Prayer Corner, we hosted our Home to Hope event, and it was just…well, beautiful.
THANK YOU to all the organizations and people that came together to serve. Together, we were able to provide showers, meals, clothes, supplies, and prayer to our unhoused community. Watching our wonderful volunteers love on people with such joy blessed us immensely. God is faithful!

Thank you for every donation, all the hard work, and the many that came together as The Body of Christ to know Him and make Him known!
