Newsreel Magazine by and for the Blind Newsreel Magazine is a monthly audio magazine with articles submitted by the subscribers and often heard in the subscribers' voice.

Newsreel's goals to the blind and visually impaired community are to strenthen daily life skills, be a source of information, be a forum to discuss blindness issues, link people with similar experiences and provide encouragement and entertainment.

Newsreel's fabulous Editor, Irwin Hott received the Melvin Jones Award from his Northeast Lions Club. This is a high honor for a Lions member for the accomplishments in their club. The below photo shows Irwin receiving the plaque from PDG Mike Kerek. Congrats Irwin for a job well done. You deserve it.
