For nearly 30 years, the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department Summer Fishing Program has introduced young people to the outdoors while teaching patience, confidence, and resilience.

This summer, we're grateful to Loeb Electric, Peter Walsh, and John Igel for helping make those experiences possible. Their support provided resources for the program, and members of the Loeb Electric team joined our donors in volunteering during Fishing Fridays at Adams Community Center.

It's your last chance to support our Adopt a Center program by dropping off a toy at one of CRPD Golf's six courses! Can't make it to a course before Saturday? You can purchase a toy through our Amazon Wishlist or by making a donation on our website at www.crpfoundation.org/adoptacenter

Jolly in July is almost over! You have until Saturday, Aug. 1, to drop off a brand-new toy to benefit Columbus youth! All of the toy donations will go toward Columbus Recreation and Parks Foundation's Adopt a Center program, which means these toys will be given to youth at Columbus Recreation and Parks Department's community centers during the holidays! You can drop off toys at Airport, Champions, Mentel Memorial, Raymond Memorial, Turnberry and Wilson Road golf courses. Thanks for your support!

A huge thank you to NBC4 for helping shine a spotlight on our Jolly in July toy drive! We're proud to partner with Columbus Recreation and Parks Department to help ensure children across our community experience the joy of the holiday season.

Now through July 31, you can make a difference by donating a new, unwrapped toy at any of CRPD Golf six golf courses. Every donation supports Adopt a Center, benefiting children and families served through 29 Columbus Recreation and Parks community centers this holiday season.

We are celebrating Jolly in July all month! You can drop off new toys at any of our six golf courses (Airport, Champions, Mentel Memorial, Raymond Memorial, Turnberry and Wilson Road) now through Saturday, Aug. 1. All of the toy donations will go toward Columbus Recreation and Parks Foundation's Adopt a Center program. These toys will go to children in our local community centers around the holidays!

Today marks the 30th Annual Champions for PLAY Golf Outing! ⛳

For 30 years, this event has brought our community together to make a lasting difference for Columbus youth. A special thank you to Smoot Construction for their continued support in helping make this milestone event possible.

Every swing today supports the PLAY Scholarship Fund, providing children and families with access to camps, sports, recreation programs, and life-changing opportunities they may not otherwise have. Together, we're helping ensure every child has the chance to play, grow, and thrive.

Thank you to all of our golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners for being part of this incredible tradition. Here's to 30 years of impact—and many more to come!
