The Joshua Tree Foundation

The Joshua Tree Foundation The Joshua Tree Foundation is an economic development organization.

The Joshua Tree Founation's team will conduct research to create the strategic planning process for each individual community. This will include an examiniation of each countries strength's, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT Analysis), and economic assessment, cluster analysis, a review of each countries economic development organizations and programs, an analysis of their retail patter

ns and comparisons. The complete reports will be researched and recorded to create the strategic development plan for each individual continent. We will then collaborate with other NGO's and organizations who can assist in the growth and development of the communities. The relationships that will be developed through these collaborations will unite the public and private sectors and also bridge the gap culturally and economically. Our goal is to create a specific plan that guide's future decisions with economic development implications and outlines strategies to enhance each community's business retention, development expansion, and attraction efforts. By leveraging each communities strengths and taking advantage of key opportunities; the JT Foundation aims to create vital and diverse economies in impoverished communites through out the entire world.

We are currently going before the City of Columbus this week to request a building. Also we are working with ETSS to colaborate for an informational center for all New Americans. Please VOTE this is very important and your vote counts. Just in Ohio alone we have 469,703 immigrants. 4.1% are foreign born:4.8% are Latino or Asian; 48.8% are eligible to vote; 3.1% of registered voters are New Americans, Ohio alone has 22,370 foreign students who contribute $583.9 million to the state economy, 38.6% foreign born adults have a bachelor's degree or higher these statics and more are the reason all immigrants need to vote!!!!!!! Culture is one thing I wish America had. It almost gives you a sense of belongingness. I do believe the Word of God has a culture that all Christians abide by which brings us a sense of belongingness. I am learning so much from Africans. Especially the women they are so strong and courageous. Our women in American, I don't believe could go through and last through what the women go through in Africa. I am amazed at the Human Spirit after all it goes through and still stands with joy in its heart. That is God! Pain has no color which is true but the pain that is here is very deep but yet they still keep moving. The beauty of Africa is not in its soil but in its people.
