In recognition of , a distinguished NFL alum will be featured daily in February. These men have transitioned successfully from playing fields to busy careers in many different fields. Today we feature ALAN HALLER (Steelers, Browns, Panthers; 1992-1995), who is the Athletic Director at Michigan State University (MSU). Prior to his appointment in athletics, Haller was a Lieutenant in the MSU Police Dept and served 13 yrs. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree.

We launched on MLK Day in 2017 with a clear mission: To bridge communities with schools in providing basic needs, removing barriers and seeking equity for students so they can engage and succeed in school and life. Over the past six years, we have driven impact to over 300,000 students and families in need with the help of our dedicated Area Directors, Advocates, volunteers, sponsors, community partners and members. Thank you! We are weaving together the best of humanity in the work we do.
