NEW class offering ! Starting Monday Nov. 18th @8:30am - In PUSH_PULL_rotate, we’ll be challenging our sensing skills to put a circuit of moves together that serves our wants, needs, & abilities for that moment.

Sensing skills like : feeling for our pulse, breath, pain, sensitivities — then moving towards curiosity “how am I feeling right now?” “how would I like to feel through this workout.. and after this workout?” and finally, using creativity to figure out how we can accomplish this!

Learn new movements, explore variations, and experiement with various kinds of equipment 💜 in camaraderie.
