ULI Columbus How Do We Preserve and Grow Central Ohio's Housing Infrastructure?

Join ULI for a conversation on Central Ohio's housing supply, pipeline, and future needs at this pivotal point in our area’s growth. Keynote speaker Michael Wilt, Senior Manager of External Relations at Texas State Housing Affordable Housing Corp., will discuss lessons learned from Austin and other Texas cities’ explosive growth. ULI Columbus has our eye on the future, and housing is critical to our success.

Rob Vogt, Managing Partner of Vogt Strategic Insights, will provide an overview of the current state of housing and job growth, and Lark Mallory, President and CEO of the Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County, will moderate the program.
