🎉 We are excited to welcome Todd Warner to our Board of Trustees! 🎉

Todd is the Director of Business Data and Technology at CAS, a division of the American Chemical Society, where he leads data and technology initiatives that help organizations transform complex challenges into measurable outcomes. With more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and technology leader, Todd has guided large-scale transformation efforts across the retail, higher education, government, and manufacturing sectors.

A graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Todd earned his MBA along with undergraduate degrees in Management Information Systems and Accounting. He is known for building high-performing teams grounded in trust, curiosity, and a people-centered approach to leadership that values individuals not only for what they accomplish, but for who they are.

Todd’s commitment to mental health advocacy is deeply personal. As a first-generation college graduate, he experienced the challenges of imposter syndrome and understands that mental health struggles are not always visible. His experiences have shaped a belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued—both in the workplace and in their communities.

We’re thrilled to have Todd join us in advancing our mission: to transform how people think about mental illness, make it easier to get help, and give people the support they need to get better and stay better. 💙

We're looking for a full-time Get Connected Program Manager and Get Connected Program Coordinator to help support the daily operations of our Get Connected Program, helping individuals and families navigate mental health and substance use systems through information, referrals, advocacy, and care coordination. If you enjoy building community partnerships, supporting support group programming, and contributing to program development and outreach—all while centering access, equity, and recovery—we’d love to hear from you.
