Yoga on High is a great place to go for Yoga Nidra. They offer $5 classes on Wednesdays at 12 noon and Fridays at 8:15am. You can register on their website or simply show up!

If you were not already in the know about The Art of Yoga, you probably don't know about the recent transition the studio has made into The Franklinton Playhouse. All instructors and the same great price structure has made it's way over to the art district. Give them a like on FB to stay current with their schedule. $45 monthly membership cannot be beaten anywhere. Additionally, a donation jar sits at the check in desk in the event you can't afford the $14.50 walk-in class fee. No one is ever turned away due to a lack of funds.
