Exciting news to share! Our balloon pilots are hoping to make the best of today's weather and are planning a balloon glow tonight at 8:30 at the field by the airport.

After enjoying good food and music the Street Dance hosted at Palladium Draughthaus starting at 6:00, come by the airport to see the balloon glow.

We've had a busy first week to the month, with 117 backpack meals going out to the schools and several dozen families using our food pantry. Come celebrate the end of the week with us--the weather looks great!

On the fourth day of Columbus MT Gives, we want to recognize more of the people that drive our services forward. The amazing team at Beartooth Ford Montana have delivered the Stillwater Backpack meals all across the county for YEARS. They also are the fundraising arm of the program.

Thousands of bags of food delivered, thousands of miles driven, in the dark, the snow, and the wind. It takes a community to look after each other!

On Day 3 of Columbus MT Gives, we want to give you a little freezer tour and shout out some great people!

About 150 pounds of meat will go out the door this week. We are so grateful to the hard workers at Emmett's Meats who fulfill our bulk orders and provide such a wonderful variety. Same to everyone at the Columbus IGA & Stillwater Family Pharmacy.

Some of our meat is donated by the Producer Partnership, a nonprofit meat processing facility with a mission of helping end hunger in Montana.

Monday marks the start of Columbus MT Gives - a week-long event that bring out the deepest generosity of our community.

As we finish a busy first day of the month, we are reminded how deeply grateful we are for your support. You make it possible for us to:

- Offer our client-choice food pantry
- Distribute Stillwater Backpack meals to schools across the county
- Provide holiday meals
- Help with rent and utilities in emergency situations
- Distribute school supplies
..and much more!

A busy last day of the month for our awesome food pantry crew, who assembled our weekly backpack meals, assisted seven households in shopping in the pantry, and are restocking the shelves to prepare for May 1st!
