A request to those adults who have successfully come up through some challenging situations....what constructive guidance can you offer to young people who are trying to stay safe but have to navigate through threatening situations? Kids are dealing with fearful situations simply walking to and from school (often within school) going to the library, the store, a youth center. They feel they can't show "weakness" as that makes them more vulnerable. How did you get through it?
