Carlotta Hughes-Culp is the recording secretary for the Central Ohio Club of NANBPWC, Inc. She became a member of the Central Ohio Club in 2013 and was inducted as a Life Member of NANBPWC, Inc at the National Convention in 2023. As a member of the Central Ohio Club, she has been Financial Secretary and served on the committees of Scholarship, Women’s History and Founders’ Day. She currently serves on the Communications Committee assisting in the renewal of the club’s newsletter, Sisterhood Connection. In addition, Carlotta has been the primary presenter for Triple the Negative, Human Trafficking and Think Heart, Think Health programs presented by the club.
Carlotta received her BSSW from the University of TN at Martin. She also holds an MSSW from the University of Louisville and a MSEd from the University of Dayton in Counseling. After more than 40 years in the helping profession, Carlotta retired in 2023. She remains active in her church’s health ministry. She is a wife, mother and grandmother

This past weekend, we had the honor of attending the 61st North Central District - Nanbpwc, Inc. representing our local club, the Central Ohio Club, Nanbpwc, Inc. Being surrounded by club sisters from Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, and New York truly filled my cup🥰.

Congratulations to the NCD Leadership Executive Committee and host club BPW Chicago for your outstanding hospitality and leadership throughout the conference💫.

What made this experience even more special was witnessing my mom receive the Club Sister Award alongside so many incredible women recognized by their respective clubs💕. We have both proudly been members for 25 years, and her dedication, professionalism, stewardship, and unwavering commitment to the mission of uplifting and empowering African American Business and Professional Women continues to inspire me✨️👏🏽.

Her decades of service are a beautiful testament to how God can continue to use you powerfully in every season of life🙌🏽.
