Enrichment Services Program, Inc. (ESP) is a private, non-profit community action agency founded in 1965. Our mission is to eliminate poverty through Education, Services, and Partnerships. We serve ten counties in Georgia (Chattahoochee, Clay, Harris, Meriwether, Muscogee, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart, Talbot, and Troup), and one county in Alabama (Russell). We are committed to increasing the awaren

September is Baby Safety Awareness Month. At Enrichment Services Program, we want every parent to feel confident keeping their little one safe.

A few habits make a real difference:

⭐ Always place baby on their back to sleep, alone in a crib with nothing else inside.
⭐ Buckle every car seat correctly, every single ride.
⭐ Keep small items, cords, and loose blankets out of reach.
⭐ Never leave baby alone near water, even for a moment.

Watching closely is still the simplest way to protect the babies in our lives.

We're hiring! 🙌 Join us at the Goodwill Career Center hiring event this Friday, August 28, from 9 AM to 2 PM in Columbus, GA.

ESP is looking to fill a wide range of positions, including EHS and HSP Teachers, Family Advocates, Classroom Aides, Bus Drivers (CDL and non CDL), Center & Family Support Manager, Health & Nutrition Specialist, and more. Salaries range from $24,107 to $64,000, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, PTO, a 401(k), and an Employee Assistance Program.

Requirements vary by role, from a high school diploma or GED up to a bachelor's or master's degree. Come dressed for an interview and bring your resume.
