Women's Health Education Program Empowering Underprivileged Mothers to Maximize Their Quality of Life and Their Impact on Their Children, Through Education & Services.

The Women's Health Education Program provides services through two projects:

1- Health & Fitness:

WHEPFiT addresses the health and wellness needs of young women, through education on health issues and engagement in fitness activities, to empower them to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle to maximize their quality of life and be the best version of themselves!


2- Pregnancy & Infant Car

e:

WHEPMom provides educational and social support for young moms and moms-to-be to ensure a full-term pregnancy and welcoming a healthy bundle of joy into the world. We also provide mentoring and support throughout the baby's first year of life in the hope of closing the gap of infant mortality disparities in our society and giving our newborns a chance at a long healthy and happy life!
