We believe that through education, we can create lasting change. Our focus is on supporting less privileged children—especially orphans and internally displaced persons (IDPs)—by providing essential school materials such as bags, books, and other learning supplies.
Beyond material support, we also aim to raise awareness among parents and guardians about the importance of their involvement in their children’s education. Their support goes beyond paying school fees; it plays a crucial role in shaping their children’s overall success and mental well-being.
We encourage parents and guardians to see themselves as their children’s first life coaches and role models, guiding them not only academically but also emotionally and morally. #237

.A Successful Back-to-School Campaign for IDPs at Mile 14, Buea! ✨

On Saturday, November 1st, we had an amazing turnout at the Mile 14 Buea IDP camp for our Back-to-School Campaign! 🎒📚 Thanks to your support, we were able to provide school books, bags, and other essential items to 100 deserving children—giving them the tools they need to start the school year strong. But that’s not all!

🙏 A Special Focus on Mental Health
We didn’t just stop at school supplies. We invited parents and guardians to join their children for an important Mental Health Advocacy Session. In these challenging times, especially with the crisis affecting many families in Cameroon, it’s crucial that we address the emotional and psychological well-being of both children and parents.

👶 Supporting the Kids’ Mental Well-being
For many of these children, adjusting to a new environment, new classmates, and facing challenges throughout the school year can be overwhelming. It’s important that we recognize how these stresses affect their mental health and give them the love, care, and support they need.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The Role of Parents in Building Strong Minds
Parents are the first line of support for their children. It’s not just about providing school supplies—it’s about creating a safe space for emotional well-being and offering encouragement and motivation throughout the school year. We shared coping mechanisms and mental health tips with the parents, empowering them to be the positive influence their children need.

Together, we’re building a community where education and mental health go hand in hand. Let’s continue supporting our children—not just through school, but through their emotional and psychological journeys as well. ❤️

📚 Education is a Fundamental Right for All Children! 🎒

Every year, F&Go Foundation, in partnership with , organizes a Back to School Campaign to help less privileged children, including IDPs and orphans, get the school supplies they need—like school bags, books, and other essentials. But we’re not just about providing material support.

🌱 Our mission goes deeper. We aim to raise awareness and encourage active involvement from parents and guardians. You are not just caretakers—you are the first teachers, life coaches, and role models for these children. Your attention, encouragement, and support are what will truly help them succeed.

🧠 Mental Health Matters: We also advocate for mental well-being. As school begins each year, parents often worry about fees, books, and supplies—but how often do we consider how children feel? How are they handling the pressures of school life, stress, and emotions? The mental health of both parents and children is just as important as the physical supplies.

💡 Let’s build a community where we understand: Sending a child to school is not enough. Success comes from paying attention, supporting, and encouraging them every step of the way. The combination of a book and a pen opens the mind, but it’s a parent’s love, motivation, and attention that opens the heart.
