Cultivate CDC Cultivate is a community development corporation in Milo-Grogan. KNOW NEIGHBORS
We believe in being good neighbors.

We exist to be a community resource that joyfully partners with residents and stakeholders to know neighbors, foster local leadership, and ensure a vibrant neighborhood for all. Authentic relationships are what makes Milo-Grogan beautiful and strong. FOSTER LOCAL LEADERSHIP
We believe that building into leaders on-the-ground is key to addressing root causes of economic disparities. The voices of residents need to be organized, united, and heard. ENSURE A VIBRANT NEIGHBORHOOD FOR ALL
We believe that vibrant neighborhoods have an abundance of green spaces, gardens, parks, and access to fresh, nutritional food.
