It is our mission to promote WELLNESS and improve the quality of life through providing educational and supportive services, preventive skills and services to the rural communities of West Central Georgia and East Alabama Through EDUCATION and PREVENTION our goals are to implement programs and projects to improve the quality of life, promote awareness, and understanding for women living with health issues, their families and persons at risk.

World Hepatitis Day
On this day, we want to raise awareness about viral hepatitis and educate people on ways to prevent these infections. Viral hepatitis-a group of infectious diseases known as hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E that causes short-term and long-term liver disease. According to the Center of Disease Control, more than 325 million people worldwide are affected by viral hepatitis. Let’s take action to combat viral hepatitis by being vaccinated for hepatitis A and B, getting tested and seeking treatment because treatments can cure most people with hepatitis C in 8 to 12 weeks
