While we take special care to honor the Sisters within our own Chapter, our appreciation reaches far beyond our doors. We recognize and celebrate the diverse roles women play in shaping our world—whether as mothers, grandmothers, aunts, mentors, or devoted caregivers. Your strength is the backbone of our community, and your compassion is the light that guides the next generation.

The Electric City Chapter is proud to serve our community by hosting a FREE Community Closet Event!

Prince Hall Masonic Lodge (815 6th Ave, Columbus, GA)

We invite individuals and families in the community to come out and shop our closet at no cost. A variety of clothing and items will be available while supplies last. This is our way of giving back and supporting those in need.

Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 10 AM at O’Reilly Auto Parts (4536 Buena Vista Rd., Columbus, GA) for a delicious plate and some sweet treats.

$15 per plate includes:

* Swai fish, catfish, or whiting
* Baked beans
* Cole slaw
* French fries

This initiative reflects the chapter’s continued dedication to service, collaboration, and uplifting the communities we serve.

Electric City Chapter No. 482 proudly participated in the Clean & Green Earth Week kickoff hosted by Keep Columbus Beautiful. In the spirit of service and community pride, members came together to help beautify the Oakland Park community through a dedicated cleanup effort.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to environmental stewardship and making a positive impact in the neighborhoods we serve. By working together, we not only enhanced the appearance of the community but also reinforced the importance of unity, responsibility, and care for our shared spaces.

Electric City Lodge No. 322 and Electric City Chapter No. 482 cordially invite the community to join us for a Fish Fry & Bake Sale on Saturday, May 2, beginning at 10 AM. This event will be held at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

This community-centered event is an opportunity to enjoy freshly prepared fish plates and a variety of delicious homemade baked hoods, all while supporting the ongoing charitable initiatives and outreach efforts of both the Lodge and Chapter. Proceeds from this fundraiser will directly contribute to programs that benefit the local community and enhance our service impact.

We encourage family, friends, and community members to come out, enjoy great food, and fellowship with us in a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. Your support plays a vital role in helping us cointue to make a meaningful difference.

Electric City Chapter No. 482 proudly attended the Columbus 4th Masonic District PHAmily and Friends Annual Cookout following the District Meeting held this past Saturday. The event was filled with fellowship, laughter, and friendly competition, featuring a rib and sweets contest, music, and engaging games for all in attendance.

We extend heartfelt congratulations to our very own Past Matron, Carolyn Holmes, for earning 2nd Place in the sweets contest—an outstanding achievement!

Attendees also enjoyed a fun-filled opportunity to “splash” our leadership with water balloons, adding an extra layer of excitement and camaraderie to the day. Kudos to our incredible leadership team for participating with such enthusiasm and maintaining a wonderful spirit throughout the event.

Moments like these truly reflect the unity, joy, and sisterhood that define our chapter.
