The Green Creek Community Center located at 25 Shields Dr. and Coxe Road, now has public access to a Starlink that has been generously loaned by the Polk County Community Foundation and Elon Musk. Just simply pull in the parking lot and you will have good Internet access at the community center.

The Luminary Walk and the Green Creek Community Dinner have been postponed until next Saturday, Dec. 16 due to snow. The dinner will be from 4 to 6 PM and the luminary walk from 6 to 8 PM. Be careful if you have to drive and we'll see you next Saturday!

BIG event Saturday November 4 at the Center to benefit the Pacolet Junior Appalachian Musicians. Come for dinner, for dancing, music, and fun! 6 pm to 10pm.

Because we had so little response to our Third Saturday Sales, we have decided to cancel them for the rest of the summer. Thanks to those who did come out for the first two events. Our survey of community "wants" indicated a community yard sale was high on the list, so we hoped they would be popular.
