Calling all Mentors! We are still on the hunt for technical professionals to propel our STEM students to success in the 2026-2027 Future City Ohio competition.
Mentors will:
- Coordinate virtual or in-person meetings with their assigned team and educator
- Assist students with research for their essay and project plan
- Provide feedback on student deliverables
- Attend the in-person competition on Jan. 23, 2027
Why Mentor?
- You will support a competition accessible to underserved communities where female students, minority students, and Title-I schools participate
- You will help students pursuing STEM careers to develop teamwork skills, public speaking, project management, writing, research, and problem solving
- You are growing the next generation of STEM students
- It’s fun!
