barriers such as poverty, school dropout, and poor health outcomes. CHLOE helps break these cycles by equipping and empowering them through education, mentoring, and holistic support that promotes healthy pregnancies, strong parenting skills, and financial self-sufficiency. Thanks to the generosity of our partners, CHLOE has helped reduce rapid repeat pregnancies, improve birth outcomes, and celebrate countless milestones, such as high school graduations, first jobs, and new homes.
