The developer wrote thse covenants  in 2007 when Silver Lake was built. In 2018 the Silver Lake HOA Board of Directors will present modifications and updates.

2 dogs found running around our house. One is a black lab mix with a white spot on his chest. The other is a tan shepherd mix. Neither have collars. They are friendly and appear to be together. Please call or message me if you know who they belong to

HOA meeting tomorrow, Monday August 14 @ 6:30 pm at the dock!

We will discuss amendments to the current covenants (specifics addressed in the past newsletter) and also the fence along Double Churches Road.
