The Hudson Community Foundation (HCF) is hosting an impactful, live panel discussion titled "Breaking the Silence: Reducing the Stigma of Substance Use Disorder & Accessing Resources" on September 19, 2024 at 3 pm. Unicorns & Polka Dots' founder, Joe Brady, will be participating in this event, along with Dr. Nicole Labor, DO, FASAM. The event will be live streamed on the Hudson Community Foundation page.

This event is open to the public and aims to foster a supportive environment where individuals can learn about available resources, hear personal stories, and engage in meaningful dialogue about reducing the stigma of substance use disorder.

Thank you so much to all those who have donated to the Friends of Forest Foundation. Your kindness and generosity has allowed the foundation to donate 317 books to four different organizations that treat and support people with substance use disorders. The support has been overwhelming and so very much appreciated. Thank you for your help in continuing to spread love and hope in Forest’s honor.

Special delivery to Heartland High School yesterday❤️

What a wonderful donation from Heather Thiel and the Friends of Forest Foundation. Heather and the foundation were able to donate over 60+ books and publications for our Recovery Coach and students. These books will be used by our coach and students this school year. Thank you to Heather and the foundation, what a great honor to collaborate and in special honor of her son Forest.
