Recently, Tiaunna Coleman, an Employment Support Professional from ARC Voyagers, had the honor of delivering the commencement address to the graduating class at Summit Academy. During the 2025–2026 school year, Tiaunna provided Pre-Employment Transition Services to several students in the graduating class. Pre-Employment Transition Services is an Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities service that helps students prepare for work and life after high school. Tiaunna’s positive impact on the students, including a marked improvement in their attendance, earned her the opportunity of inspiring the graduates with her words one last time as they move forward into adulthood.
