We partner with adults who voluntarily desire to move to economic self-sufficiency through full-time employment.

Columbus Works is a non-profit organization providing job training and placement services for Columbus, Ohio area residents, who desire to advance out of poverty via full-time employment. We provide job readiness training and placement services for qualifying adults who:

1) Are willing to work
2) Are willing to work with personal employment coach
3) Are able to attend a FREE 5-day workshop

hat we Offer :
1) 40-hour job training workshop
2) Personal employment Coach
4) Chaplain services
5) Assistance with legal issues
6) Referrals to day care, work clothing, apprenticeship programs
7) Employers with jobs, ready to hire Columbus Works Members
