In an effort to recognize and thank our volunteers, TriColumbusGA is proud to introduce to you our Volunteer Perks Program.

Welcome to our Volunteer Page where you will find the latest volunteer opportunities for all Tri Columbus Ga events to include events located at the beautiful Callaway Gardens. Volunteers are ordinary people with extraordinary hearts

We recognize that at the heart of every successful event lies ordinary people with extraordinary hearts; we call those people OUR volunteers. For each hour you volun

teer you will be awarded 1 point. Your volunteer hours will be tracked by our Volunteer Coordinators, simply ensure you check-in and check-out at our Volunteer Table on race day. Below you’ll find a list of our current reward offerings:

Volunteer Check-In, 0 Points:
• At Volunteer Check-in receive a Volunteer Tee & Swag Bag that includes a snack, flyers/coupons, Cerasport and cold water. TriColumbusGA Swag:
• 2 pts = Sun Glasses
• 10 pts = Swim Cap
• 25 pts = Callaway or Chattahoochee Challenge Visor
• 30 pts = TriColumbusGA Hoodie

Race Entries:
• 35 pts = 5k/10k/Chase the H***h Race Entry
• 80 pts = Sprint/Duathlon/Adventure Race
• 100 pts = 1/2 Marathon/Marathon/Olympic Distance Race Entry
• 250 pts = 70.3 race entry

We have added a couple more Callaway Races back to our roster for this year! Go ahead and mark your calendars! Volunteer registration forms will be ready in a few days for the 2026 year.

Our sparkliest race of the year is happening this Sunday! We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our Santa Claus Classic as our athletes run through Callaway Resort and Gardens Fantasy in Lights! Thanks to everyone that has already signed up to support the athletes!

We are looking for a few more volunteers to help out! We need help at our athlete food table handing out finish line snacks and we had a last-minute cancellation for one of our aid stations out on the course.

Please consider a couple of hours of your time and then enjoying the festivities afterwards. Fantasy in Lights was recently recognized as the #4 Winner in Best Holiday Light Show by Newsweek's Reader's Choice Awards!

Follow Santa to Callaway Gardens and volunteer for his annual 10K that winds through the dazzling Fantasy in Lights! There are several time slots available and we need as many elves as we can get!

Our elves will be checking athletes in ✅, pointing folks in the right direction 👉, and handing out chocolate, marshmallows, and candy to our racers 🍬🍭🍫!

We are so grateful to all the volunteers that came out and poured their hearts into these athletes today. YOU were monumental in ushering our triathletes over the finish line today and there’s no way we could’ve done it without you! Thank you!

The majority of our volunteers are either athletes themselves, who love giving back to the community or they are soon to be triathletes soaking up experience by participation.
