Save the date! We are excited to begin planning our Statewide Community Health Worker (CHW) Conference, taking place November 5–6, 2026. To help us design a conference that reflects your interests and needs, we’re asking CHWs to complete a brief survey sharing their preferences on topics, session formats, and whether they’re interested in presenting or leading a session. The survey also includes an opportunity to volunteer for planning committees if you’d like to be more involved in shaping the conference. Your input will directly guide the agenda and overall experience. Complete the form here: https://ow.ly/5UXY50YVaom
