We often talk about the amazing people we have the honor of serving—but not nearly enough about the incredible people we get to serve alongside every week at our partner agencies.
Dion Anthony Carter was one of those people. We feel this loss deeply. Tomorrow, we will join others to celebrate his life and his heart for service.
Thank you, Dion, for every smile you shared with us and for always being willing to jump in and lend a hand. You will be truly missed.

HB 472 passed in the Ohio House today! This commonsense policy recognizes that IDs and birth certificates are critical for Ohioans to participate in the workforce, secure stable housing, and access medical care. We need to remove the
unnecessary barriers that make day-to-day living difficult.

As we face extreme cold, we’re here to help our community stay safe and connected. Fares are waived on all COTA services starting Monday, Jan. 19, through Tuesday, Jan. 20, due to the cold advisory.

COTA will still operate on a Sunday schedule on Monday, Jan. 19, for MLK Jr. Day.

‼️ Due to the extreme cold, we’re keeping Main Library open as a warming center on Monday, Jan. 19 from 12 - 9 p.m.

Library services will not be available, but Main Library will provide indoor seating with WiFi, restrooms, and access to water. All other locations will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
