We Celebrated end of Summer and Beginning of Fall in style at Capriella Castle with our participating Women vendors and attendees past weekend.

It is an honor for CWCC that every year Women Business vendors put their trust in us and our attendees to showcase their collection and participate in this annual ritual with us.

CWCC Women’s day Event speaker
Jalaja Vardha

Introducing our distinguished speaker Jalaja Vardha, a mother of two loving children and a grandmother of one adorable boy. She is wife to a supportive husband Ramesh Vardha, who is a Realtor.
She is a nurse by profession and loves to take care of her patients, her degrees are in Nursing and Masters in Arts. She has a creative mind and loves to express it through writing.
She has written several poetry and recently became a lyricist for the viral song "Randi Randi Rama Bantula".
Her unwavering faith in God has taught her to serve the community, by educating from her experiences or lending a hand to fellow people especially women in supporting them with their utmost needs.

Jenise Lefevre from “Turning Point”

Turning point has been serving domestic violence victims and their families for over 40 years in Crawford, Delaware, Marion, Morrow, Union and Wyandot Counties.

Jenise Lefevre, a seasoned professional with a passion for community development and nonprofit work, recently stepped into the role of Development Coordinator at Turning Point. Having dedicated nearly three years to the agency, Jenise's journey within Turning Point exemplifies her commitment and expertise in fostering organizational growth and donor engagement.

At Turning Point, Jenise Lefevre has significantly increased both monetary and in-kind donations, exceeding previous benchmarks. Jenise's commitment to balancing financial growth with programmatic excellence underscores her dedication to advancing the organization's holistic
vision of community empowerment and support.
She will be sharing heartwarming survivor success stories with us.

Rachel Hardin from “Habitat For Humanity”

Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio’s vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Each year, one of the homes Habitat builds for a local family is called the Women Build – a house build almost entirely by female volunteers. Our Women Build program provides the opportunity for volunteers to learn construction skills while also building homes and communities.

Rachel Hardin is the Volunteer & Community Resource Manager for Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio. She has been involved with Habitat MidOhio since 2017, both as a volunteer and as a staff member. The Women Build project is one of her favorite projects every year, and she has spent several hundred hours working on site at the Women Build houses over the years.

Ohio Indian youth volunteers Navya Kamalkannan, Sujay Billakanty, Rishi Samineni, Anid Guha, Sia Parikh, Mananya Ellendula, Anvita Kasarla and Reenit Jain with the support of FIA and Indian Organizations created a Gofundme for a group of 7 Indian National students staying away from their family & their country.
Their apartment caught fire. Luckily, all of them were outside & no one got injured.
But all their belongings like Passport, Laptops, documents, cash, clothes and all daily needs etc. got burned.
Currently, they are staying in a motel & facing a lot of difficulties.
Our small contribution can make a big difference in their difficult situation. Please come forward & join us in supporting these young students.

As the leader of Columbus Women’s Community Club for the year 2022, I Neha Tare would like to express immense gratitude to my team members and all the ladies who attended the ”CWCC Ladies Night” held on May 7th, 2022.
