Hello. So this page has be created because I’m seeing an ongoing issue with the Ohio Department of job and family services!!
The main issue I’m seeing is people aren’t able to get through for scheduled phone interviews. No soon as those appointments are missed out applications are denied and we’re force to reapply, only to deal with the same problem!!
ATP something has to be done, and Something has to change!! Ever since these workers have been working from home some of them have become lazy, and they don’t take their job serious.
I’m a mother of a son who has Asthma, his medication prices ranges from $100-$500 a piece and, he has 5 different medications.
I had an interview scheduled for 9am on Friday May 19th at 9am. I waited 5hrs and 27mins, my call was never answered and i was disconnected!!
YES I WORK!! My job offers insurance but i can’t afford it! A lot of us work, we pay taxes so that’s how the ODJFS workers are paid!! So why is this such a major issue??
I’m over it so it’s time we fight to get things back in order!! I don’t understand why these workers are still working from home!! Covid is still around but even hospitals, are almost back to normal!! They don’t even require a mask anymore!
