The next generation of leaders starts here.

The Links Youth Leadership Academy (LYLA) is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 program year! Designed for young ladies in grades 6–12, LYLA provides opportunities to develop leadership skills, build confidence, serve the community, and prepare for college and future careers.

Throughout the year, participants engage in meaningful experiences that encourage personal growth, mentorship, civic engagement, financial literacy, and lifelong friendships.

If you know a young lady who is ready to grow, lead, and make a difference, we encourage her to apply today.

Today, we celebrated an amazing group of young ladies as they graduated from the Links Youth Leadership Academy (LYLA).

Throughout the year, they embraced our theme, “Leading with Vision, Living with Purpose, Inspiring Intentional Growth,” and demonstrated leadership, confidence, and character every step of the way.

To our graduates: Continue to dream big, lead boldly, and walk confidently in your purpose. Your future is bright, and we are so proud of you!

What an incredible afternoon at our LYLA “Fast Track to Success” Speed/Brain Dating Edition!

Our young leaders had the opportunity to engage with accomplished professionals who shared valuable insights on financial literacy, interviewing skills, college readiness, and healthy living. Through meaningful conversations and interactive discussions, students gained practical knowledge, asked thoughtful questions, and made connections that will help shape their future paths.

A special thank you to our featured professionals, Audrey Hollingsworth, Breona Anderson, and Jada Bone, for investing their time, expertise, and wisdom into the next generation of leaders. Your willingness to pour into our youth exemplifies the power of mentorship and community engagement.

Watching our LYLA participants confidently engage with professionals, explore career possibilities, and embrace new opportunities was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. These experiences help build the confidence, leadership skills, and vision our students need to become tomorrow’s changemakers.

Yesterday, we completed Part One of our three-part Financial Literacy Series with our incredible young ladies of LYLA. 💫

This session focused on the foundations of financial empowerment—budgeting, navigating real-life financial challenges, and making smart, informed decisions that will shape their futures.

We are intentional about equipping our girls with not only knowledge, but the confidence to lead their financial journeys with wisdom and discipline.

A sincere thank you to Angela Lawler, financial coach, for sharing her expertise and pouring into our future leaders. Your impact was both meaningful and inspiring.

This is just the beginning—stay tuned for Part Two as we continue building wealth, awareness, and legacy through education.
