Today we had five seminarians from the Diocese of Columbus who went out on the streets of the Hilltop to evangelize…we all felt the love and mercy of Jesus!!! Thanks for the first year seminarians who shared their love of the Lord…we were blessed by their genuineness and compassion…please keep our seminarians in prayer 🙏 🙏🙏

Alicia will be joining us for an awesome weekend. The following day she will be at the Ignite event with the Columbus Charismatic Renewal at the Miraculous Medal.

She is the director of Pentecost Today and has wealth of knowledge from her involvement in the Charismatic Renewal 🔥🔥🔥

Rachel Muha founded the Brian Muha Foundation after the death of her son. In 2005, Run the Race Club was founded which focuses on showing inner-city young people that they are loved, and they have the opportunity for a bright future. Rachel is an incredible witness of forgiveness and love.

Tonight at New Believers we read Colossians 1:24:26…we were able to discuss the topic of suffering and uniting it to the Cross of Jesus 🎁 …it was beautiful to hear people open up and share about their sufferings…please pray for all those that joined tonight that they would continue growing closer to God…and, happy birthday to our friend Brian 🎉🎉🎉

The Hilltop Cleanup was a big success! We had over 50 volunteers and over the course of 8 hours we were able to collect 264 bags of trash! It was an incredible day filled with so much joy and charity! Thank you to all our volunteers! Let’s continue to revitalize the Hilltop one piece of trash at a time! Happy Earth Day! 🌎♻️

He works full time for an arts organization called We Amplify Voices which focuses on healing communities through creative expression! He will be speaking on creating music for Jesus!

Happy Easter 🕊️🕊️🕊️ Last night one of our New Believers, Kevin Battros was initiated into the Church at St. Aloysius…Kevin was baptized, confirmed, and received the Eucharist for the first time. A special thanks to all those at Urban Encounter that helped to teach Kevin the faith and the “unsearchable riches of Christ” (Ephesians 3:8). 🎁🎁🎁

On Monday and Tuesday Urban Encounter hosted 30 Damascus missionaries who volunteered to help paint two of our mission houses…they also helped to minister at New Believers by praying with people to experience the love of Jesus…we are truly impressed with their joy and willingness to go the extra mile 🎁
