It's that time again. Hustle and Grow is back for its 7th summer! Are you a teen, know a teen, or have a teen who likes being outdoors and is interested in learning how to make their own money?

This program is a pre-apprentice-eligible training for teens 13-18 that teaches the basics of landscaping operations while also developing valuable entrepreneurial, professional, and personal life skills.

‼️It's time for teens to end the year with a night full of fun‼️

Our 2025 - 26 Ambassadors are excited to launch their first Monthly Teen Nights with Kingles and Jamas' Ugly Sweater and Pajama Party.

Save the date: 12/17/2025, 6 - 8 pm, at 2096 Cleveland Ave. Bring your ugliest sweater or best Pajamas for a chance to be in the Top 3. Free food, games, refreshments, and a good time to meet our new Ambassadors and build new relationships.

This program is funded by the Department of Neighborhoods Columbus, and Franklin County Children Services

This program provides teens 15-18 with life-changing skill development training, experiential learning field trips, stipends, and opportunities to grow as leaders in their communities, schools, and homes.
