Took a seat in the new soccer/track stands and we can't wait to see them filled while we watch our first soccer game in them this year (although AI gave us a preview of the full stands)!

Total seating capacity 864 (includes the pony stands in front) which is more than the visitor side stands at Fisher Field in Firestone Park.

Turf soccer field construction will start around mid July with September 1st completion date.

While not a Booster group, the blankets being sold for this fundraiser are great for all our outdoor sports fans, and even for a great chilly summer night around the campfire. Our high school Columbiana Clipper Cheerleading group gave these blankets as gifts to their athletes, and Little Clipper Football Association also had these for sale at one point. Lets see if our Columbiana Athletics fans can help this group reach their goals. Reach out to Debbie Ulam (high school secretary) directly to order yours! $30

Soybeans are going in at the park! I wanted corn so we could have a nice corn maze this fall for all the students to play in, but I was out voted 🤷🏼‍♂️.

I mean how fun would that maze have been?

Senior Recognition

Sydney Spaite the daughter of Grant and Sherry Spaite is participating in her first year on the track team. She has varsity lettered in basketball and gold. Additionally she has received a four year academic varsity.

After graduation Sydney plans on using her cosmetology license to be a nail tech and aesthetician while she attends Kent State Salem Campus to become a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

Sydney's parting words for the season: "I would like to thank my coaches and teammates for being so kind and helping me throughout my first and final season of track. I would also like to thank my family for supporting me and my grandpa Dennis for being my biggest cheerleader."
