Most people think epilepsy only means “someone shaking during a seizure.”

But here’s something many people DON’T know:

Some seizures are completely invisible.

A person can look awake… stare for a few seconds… lose awareness briefly… or suddenly feel intense fear, confusion, déjà vu, strange smells, or emotional shifts — and it can still be epilepsy.

Over 50 MILLION people worldwide live with epilepsy, yet stigma and misunderstanding still silence so many voices.
