Early this week, we held our first Community Conversation in Columbia, where residents came together to discuss some of the top issues facing the state, including growth, roads, and infrastructure, responsiveness of elected officials, rising cost of living, and slow wage growth and opportunities. With more Community Conversations planned in Greenville and Charleston, as well as online conversations open to anyone in the state, we are just getting started!

Last night was our first Community Conversation event in South Carolina, where more than 50 residents from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs came together to tackle some of the biggest issues facing our state and come up with solutions to move the Palmetto State forward together.

Check out the press coverage from WIS TV, and join us at one of our upcoming conversations in Greenville and Charleston, as well as online throughout June and July.

More than 50 Columbia residents from various backgrounds gathered Tuesday to share ideas on how to move the Midlands forward.
