Please join us on October 17th, 2026, in Columbia, Missouri, for the Christina Bohn Memorial 5K for PMDD Awareness! Everyone is invited to participate!

If traveling to Missouri this year is not possible, please register virtually for the 5K. Everyone who registers for in-person participation or virtual participation will receive the packet with the t-shirt and other items. We ship internationally, too.

This is our biggest fundraiser and PMDD awareness project of the year. The 5K is in October because October 2nd is Christina's birthday. In 2023, we passed the nation's first annual PMDD Awareness Day on Christina's birthday. 💖
